Harmony & Light

Held annually at the historic Dallas Scottish Rite Cathedral, Harmony & Light is a holiday-themed concert that celebrates music, arts, and community giving. Our inaugural event in 2025 raised $6,000 for beneficiary organizations. This year, we aim to double that impact.

Event Details

  • Date: Saturday, December 5, 2026
  • Mixer & silent auction: 5:30 PM, closing at 7:00 PM when the concert begins
  • Concert: 7:00 PM, running about two hours and ending around 9:00 PM
  • Tickets arrive by email; an optional account at tmaaevents.org lets you retrieve them any time
  • Venue: Dallas Scottish Rite Cathedral, 500 S Harwood St, Dallas — a 100-year-old historic building with a grand ballroom and the earliest theater built in Dallas
  • Parking: free, in the south side lot behind the Cathedral
  • Dress code: relaxed or business casual — if you’d wear it to church, wear it here
  • Accessibility: the building has an elevator, and some accessible seating is available on the front row
  • Best seats in the house: the balcony has the auditorium’s best acoustics, and its first rows have the best views
  • Groups seated together on request
  • Featured performers: Lewisville Civic Chorale and Woodrow Wilson High School Variations Show Choir and Chamber Choir

Bulldogs since 1991, and more than $600,000 in scholarships granted to graduating North Dallas seniors. Their fund also covers the special needs of current students, including those experiencing homelessness.
