Community support
We support local schools, charities, education programs, and outreach initiatives across the Dallas area.
Founded by Dallas Area Masons
Texas Music and Arts is a nonprofit organization founded by Dallas-area Masons. We organize benefit events that support local schools, charities, education programs, and arts initiatives. 100% of funds raised at our events go directly to our beneficiaries.

Concerts, galas, and cultural experiences organized and conducted by Masons with 100% of proceeds donated.
Our annual holiday-themed concert is the signature event that brings communities together for a shared mission. See this year’s concert.
Every event we plan and conduct is designed to raise funds for the communities and causes that matter most. Our donors, sponsors, and volunteers are primarily Masons committed to strengthening local nonprofits and cultural programs.
Our Working Tool sponsors fund the operating expenses of Harmony & Light, and the Dallas Scottish Rite opens its Cathedral to us at no cost. Because the overhead is already covered, every dollar raised through ticket sales and the silent auction flows directly to our beneficiaries.
Where we started
Texas Music and Arts was founded in 2025. Our inaugural Harmony & Light concert that December raised $6,000 for its beneficiaries. For 2026 we have set a goal of $12,000 — twice the impact of our first year.
None of it happens alone. The Cathedral, the performers, the connection to Woodrow Wilson High School, the branding, the volunteers on the door — each came from a lodge or chapter that decided this evening was worth building. Read about our cornerstones, the founding supporters who made the first concert possible.
We are also proud to support the performing arts directly through partnerships like the Claud L. Austin Scholarship, awarded by one of our founding lodges to Woodrow Wilson High School performing arts students.
